Thomas started OCD Solutions to build generational wealth. Not wealth that stops with him. The point of putting a truck on the road is to end up with something that still pays out after he steps back from the wheel.
The long goal is easy to say and hard to do. Give somebody the chance to build something good, or to rebuild something better than what they had before. Freight is what pays for that. Every run is a brick in it.
The Name
OCD stands for Over Coming Diversity.
Difference is not the thing to get around. It is the thing the company is built to carry. What a person is willing to do counts here, not where they came from, and the name says so before anyone has to ask.
People Who Want Better
If you are trying to do better, there is room here. That is not charity. It is the second thing on his list of what this company runs on.
Help Regardless
Race and sex do not enter into it. Who needs a hand, and who is willing to put the hours in, is the whole test. It is the value the company is named after.

Pallets, cartons, and mid-size shipments in an enclosed box truck. Loaded square and dry the whole way there.

Point to point around town, plus the longer regional drops when a load calls for it. The route gets built around your window, not a convenient one.

Put a recurring run on the calendar, or reach out the week something unexpected lands on you. Both get handled the same way.

Gear, product, and setup material hauled into a venue and picked back up when the night is over. It is load-in and load-out work, on a venue's clock rather than a warehouse's.

Royal blue for trust and honesty. Black for control and discipline. Thomas picked those two colors on purpose, and they line up with how the truck gets run.

The man who takes the job is the man out on the road with it. Nothing gets handed down a chain until there is nobody left holding it.

A real time up front instead of an optimistic one. A window that gets quoted is a window somebody intends to hit.

Whatever is on the pallet belongs to somebody counting on it. It rides secured and padded, and it comes off the way it went on.

Traffic, weather, a dock backed up three hours. Whatever changes, it reaches you before you have to go looking for it.

A truck that gets looked after is a truck that shows up. Upkeep is scheduled work, not something a breakdown has to force.

Thomas Thompson
Thomas runs OCD Solutions himself. He named it before there was much of a company attached to the name, because the name was the part he was already sure about. Over Coming Diversity is what he is trying to do with the business, and it is what he expects from anyone working alongside him.
He is not selling a story. He is selling freight that shows up when he said it would, moved by somebody building toward a day when other people are working under the same name.
